Существующие в настоящее время острые моменты инновационного образовательного процесса в высших учебных заведениях Российской Федерации являются актуальными для государства в целом. Изменение роли образования в современном обществе повлекло за собой большую часть неотвратимых инновационных процессов. Одной из задач современной высшей школы является раскрытие творческого потенциала всех участников педагогического процесса, а также предоставление им возможностей проявления креативных способностей. В данной статье мы уделяем особо пристальное внимание к формированию критического мышления у студентов юридических вузов на основании проведенной трехлетней работы. Научная статья выстроена на описании и анализе инновационных методов, таких как: SWOT-анализ, проведение форсайт-сессий по дисциплинам, всевозможные ролевые, деловые игры, разыгрывание ролей и развитие критического мышления в преподавании дисциплины «История государства и права России» на базе юридического факультета Северо-Восточного федерального университета имени М.К. Аммосова.
The current urgent issues of introducing innovations into the educational process in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation are relevant for the state as a whole. The changing role of education in the modern society entailed most of the inevitable innovation processes. One of the tasks of the modern higher education is to unleash the creative potential of all participants in the pedagogical process, as well as to provide them with opportunities to display creative abilities. In this article, we pay particularly close attention to the formation of critical thinking in law students, basing on three years of our work. The academic article is built on the description and analysis of innovative methods, such as: SWOT analysis, foresight sessions on disciplines, all sorts of role-playing, business games, playing roles and developing critical thinking in teaching the discipline “History of the State and Law of Russia” at the Law Faculty, M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University.
