В статье рассматривается общая криминологическая характеристика преступности в сфере IT, приводятся статистические данные за 2023 год. Отмечено, что стремительное развитие IT-технологий влечет за собой такое же стремительное развитие преступности в информационном пространстве, к последствиям которых рядовой гражданин, так же как и государство в лице его правоохранительных органов в целом были не готовы.
The article examines the general criminological characteristics of crime in the field of IT, provides statistical data for 2023. It is noted that the rapid development of IT technologies entails the same rapid development of crime in the information space, to the consequences of which the average citizen, as well as the state represented by its law enforcement agencies, as a whole, were not ready
