В статье анализируется общее содержание общественно опасных последствий совершения экологических преступлений, предусмотренных Уголовным кодексом Российской Федерации, а также рассматривается вопрос возможности обеспечения единообразного применения уголовно-правовых норм с точки зрения оценки краткосрочных или долгосрочных общественно опасных последствий, наступивших вследствие совершения общественно опасного деяния, состояния природной среды до и после их совершения, и иных признаков, влияющих на характер и степень общественной опасности.
The article analyzes the content of the objective side of the environmental crimes provided for by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and also considers the issue of the possibility of ensuring their uniform application of criminal law norms from the point of view of assessing short-term or long-term socially dangerous consequences that occurred as a result of the commission of a socially dangerous act, the state of the natural environment before and after their commission and other features that affect the nature and degree of social danger.
