Статья посвящена исследованию текущего состояния международного правового регулирования искусственного интеллекта, анализу законодательных инициатив и перспектив разработки специализированных законов. Выявляются конкретные риски и проблемы: алгоритмическая предвзятость, вопрос ответственности за решения ИИ, обеспечение конфиденциальности пользовательских данных и защита авторского права. В статье анализируются понятие и угрозы применения «дипфейк»-технологий: отсутствие реальных механизмов контроля, а также неблагоприятные последствия применения «дипфейк»-технологий. Статья представляет интерес для специалистов в сфере информационных технологий, юристов и исследователей, занимающихся вопросами цифровой трансформации и технологического развития.

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of international legal regulation of artificial intelligence, the analysis of legislative initiatives and the prospects for the development of specialized laws. Specific risks and problems are identified: algorithmic bias, the issue of responsibility for AI solutions, ensuring the confidentiality of user data and copyright protection. The article analyzes the concept and threats of using «deepfake» technologies: the lack of real control mechanisms, as well as the adverse consequences of using «deepfake» technologies. The article will be of interest to IT specialists, lawyers, and researchers working on digital transformation and technological development.
