Abstract
For Russia, which is striving to reduce dependence on the export of raw materials, the development of innovations is a priority. The authors note the need to create an effective special regulatory framework that meets international standards in the field of innovation and intellectual property protection, contributing to the development of innovation in Russia and strengthening its economic position
