Legal regulation of artificial intelligence

Abstract
This article examines the current state of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Russia, analyzing legislative gaps and prospects for development a specialized federal law. The project examines regulations in the field of artificial intelligence, including GOST R 59898 and the Code of Ethics, and identifies key issues and potential areas for improving the legal framework. The article analyzes specific problems of technology functioning in the legal field: lack of a mechanism for quality control and data reliability, protection of the rights of participants in the digital space and intellectual property. The article will be of interest to IT specialists, lawyers, and researchers working on digital transformation and technological development.
