Socio-demographic characteristics of persons who committed intentional cause of grevious harm to health (article 111 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation) on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Abstract
The article presents some criminological features of persons who have committed grievous harm to health, qualified under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Thus, on the basis of empirical data, the distinctive features by gender, age, level of education and repetition of persons who committed the crime of this act were analyzed. The analysis of statistical data and scientific sources made it possible to determine the socio-demographic characteristics of the personality of whom that committed intentional infliction of grievous harm to health.
