Abstract
The musical art of the Sakha people has its own history. Its foundation was musical folk art. Folk songs and improvisations on khomus have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. Craftsmen learned how to make Amateur music instruments - kyryympa, khomus, percussion. People are fond of choir singing, ohuokhai circle dance with a singer is also a form of folk music. All this wealth had to be put on an academic basis, written down on a note. In pre-revolutionary Yakutia, it was not even necessary to dream about it, there were no people who had musical literacy, who could compose songs, organize musical collectives. Adam Vasilyevich Scriabin was at the origin of the musical art of the Sakha people. He was the first professional Yakut composer to study at the Moscow Conservatory. He was also the first amateur composer. In his activities, the following main areas of work can be distinguished: composing his own songs on the poems of local poets, the most famous favorite folk songs were arranged by him on sheet music and published in a separate collection; organized the first national choir and ensemble of khomus players; He brought Yakut music to the All-Union arena and began setting up the production of Yakut musical instruments such as kyryympa and khomus. Due to his social background, A.V. Scriabin was unable to graduate from the Moscow Conservatory, although well-known professors of the Conservatory interceded for him. In the 1930s, he did not escape repression. He was falsely accused of “anti-Soviet activity, an attempt to commit a terrorist act against the party leaders, and nationalism”. He served three years in the Kolyma prison and before the war, his trail disappeared.Today, his name is returned to history, and his contribution to the formation of the musical art of Yakutia is paid tribute to. The article is devoted to the 125th anniversary of the birth of A.V. Scriabin.

Abstract
The article discusses the concept and signs of a domain name. The problem is that until now the domain name has not been attributed to the objects of exclusive rights, which are granted legal protection. A domain name is compared with means of individualization in the literature and judicial practice. Only technical properties are described in the legal definition of a domain name. The authors propose to expand the list of means of individualization by including a domain name in it.
