Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of using the results of operational investigative activities in proving criminal cases. The authors note that it is incorrect to identify the concepts of “results of operational investigative activities” and “proof”, their identification can lead to blurring of boundaries between proof and operational investigative activities and unfavorable results
