Abstract
In the polemic about the ethnogenesis and spiritual life of the Turkic peoples of Russia, it is interesting to involve the research of the famous Turkish scientist Abdulkadyr Inan in the field of the pre-Islamic beliefs of the Turks, in particular, shamanism, based on materials based on the works of ancient Arab, Persian travelers and on Chinese sources. The breadth of the historical background of A. Inan’s work acquires a topical sound today, when a new theory of the origin of the Yakut nation is being approved in the light of revealing all the nuances of its spirituality, and a search for its niche in the Turkic world is underway. However, more and more difficulties are caused by the absence of not only a holistic concept of the history of the birth and evolution of shamanism, but also of any sacred books generally accepted in other religions, as well as customs and traditions, a single interpretation of its terms. As you know, the name of the religion of the ancient Turks has not been determined to this day. The author hopes that the introduction into circulation of a new source about the ancient beliefs of the Turkic peoples in pre-Islamic times will replenish the historiographic database of such a discussed topic.

Abstract
This article reveals the issue of transforming everyday life in modern Russian villages. One of the main tasks of classical historical science was accomplished - to record the present, which in this article is presented as everyday life. The study of the problem of the history of everyday life in the Russian countryside is just as relevant as the history of everyday life in general, and is viewed as a separate direction in Russian historiography. The village of Mayik, Verkhnevilyuisky District of Yakutia, was taken as a typical village for the North-Eastern part of Russia. We note the typical nature of the village in its geographical location: remoteness (70 km from the district center), population (600 people), economy based on cattle breeding and horse breeding. The article reveals the basis of everyday life, the employment and leisure of rural residents of a modern village.

Abstract
The article analyzes the features of the democratization of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) and the general tendencies connecting it with democratic processes. In the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the communist system fell in 1989 and was preceded by a “revolution of values” in the mass consciousness, which predetermined their movement along the path of building democracy. The unification of Germany was an inevitable consequence of the democratization of the German Democratic Republic due to the mass dissatisfaction of the population with the lack of prospects for the further development of the socialist system, which led to a popular expression of the will of democratic changes in the GDR.

Abstract
The article discusses the issues of implementing the functions and tasks of the state, the implementation of which is directly related to the formation of the information society and the formation of the digital economy. The author focuses on some problems of legal regulation directly related to the development of information and communication technologies in general and digitalization processes in particular. The transition of many public relations to the virtual digital environment provides great opportunities for the successful socioeconomic development of society. However, these same phenomena and processes also carry a number of potential threats. The state faces a number of difficult tasks: to correctly correlate the existing opportunities and threats, to develop and implement a strategy for the development of the digital economy, to ensure a balance of interests of various groups of subjects and the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms, which in modern conditions are filled with new content and are vulnerable to new threats. The main directions of ensuring a balance of interests are, on the one hand, protection against threats to national security, and on the other hand, the need to extract maximum benefit from the introduced technological innovations. Also, a serious problem for Russia is the timeliness of understanding, including at the state level, the essence and potential of new information technologies and the efficiency of legal regulation of the resulting public relations.

Abstract
The contemporary Russian society is in the process of tremendous radical changes, which, naturally, will give a course to events for the coming decades. This concerns the issues of preserving ethnic originality, ethnic identity and multiculturalism of various ethnic groups existing and living in Russia. In the context of globalization, the small-numbered indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Russian Far East face the urgent issue of preserving their identity, cultural heritage, way of life, inextricable connection with the territory of their original residence, traditional crafts and even physical existence. These rights and freedoms are defined as objective conditions, as well as the possibility of a decent life for a citizen, without which human life itself is impossible. This article considers and analyzes some international normative legal acts and national laws concerning the rights and guarantees of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The research material reflects the discussions on the concept of family violence. At the moment, there is no generally accepted concept of domestic violence in the legislation of the Russian Federation, which gives rise to different interpretations of this socio-legal phenomenon. Domestic violence is understood under various definitions: family violence, domestic violence, spousal violence, etc. A number of questions arise when determining the range of persons against whom such violence is used. The absence of normative concepts of close relatives and family entails not only social and legal consequences, but also extremely ineffective prevention of family violence. Domestic violence is a motivated destructive behavior of the perpetrator that causes or threatens to cause harm to legally protected human goods.

Abstract
The article discusses the legal and practical aspects of ensuring the legal representative’s admission as a party to the defense of criminal proceedings on juvenile crimes. The focus is on the issues of fulfilling the requirements for the appointment of a legal representative in accordance with the list established in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. Despite the extremely clear normative guidelines, in investigative practice there are cases when people not from the normative list are allowed as legal representatives. The results of the study showed that such violations do not occur through the fault of the preliminary investigation bodies, but in accordance with the social destructive realities of society. In this regard, amendments to legislation and judicial practice are proposed.

Abstract
The article discusses the concept and the legal nature of a short-term employment contract concluded with scientific and pedagogical workers of educational institutions of higher education. The main problem is that an effective contract is viewed in practice as something completely new, exclusive, which in turn entails high expectations on the one hand of labor relations, and violation of rights and legitimate interests on the other hand. The conclusion is drawn about the usual legal nature of an effective contract aimed at using the time-based and bonus wage system to stimulate active workers.
